This is not a school photo! I graduated 3 years ago! And how i wish i can get my school photo to look like that!
Camwhore session for Yukimura/Scorpio but not in his normal 'cool' outfit, this is his look in Gakuen Basara (学園Basara), which is why he has that sour look on his face. Gakuen Basara is an official spinoff of the series where the setting is in a Japanese High School.

On a serious note, i had the gakuran and hair (it's not gonna look like that forever ya know). So, why not?
I like the angle, my face doesn't look fat 8D
My hair is not spiky enough AGAIN -_-
